In the 60 years since Barney Krost and his brothers first opened for business in downtown Johannesburg, the company has morphed from a WW2 manufacturer of steel utility products into South Africa's leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of uber-stylish office furniture and accessories.

While much about our business has changed in the inventing years, its foundation lies in our three core values of Quality, Integrity and Reliability.  This is illustrated by the Knight in armour - the original brand - which signifies our heritage and our philosophy that products should be made to last.

The solid foundation laid by our grandfather and uncles was entrenched in the 1980's - by our father, David and his brother Cecil - when the breathed new life into the Krost brand by capatalising in the trend for quality office accessories.

Now, as the third generation of Krost brothers to lead the brand, these values remain central to our business and are evident in every one of our own signiture Krost Office Products ranges, as well as the distributed products we have carefully selected to complement them.  The red square displayed on each page denotes our continuing pride in our heritage, our commitment to the same quality promis and reflects the deliberate fusion of functionality and style thas has always been the hallmark of everything Krost designs and manufactures.
